To check on the status of a request from The New School library collections (including pickup, offsite, holds, and scans):
- Login to your library account by clicking on "Renew Items" on the library website, https://library.newschool.edu/
- Once you're logged in with your NetID and password, you'll see tabs across the top of the page.
- Click on "Loans" and "Requests" to view materials that you have checked out, or are being processed for you.
Once E-ZBorrow items are available, they'll show up on your New School library account page. Recently-made requests that have not yet been fulfilled will not show up in your account. For information on these recent requests, please contact us via Ask Us.
Please note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please allow 1-2 weeks for InterLibrary Loan and 4-5 days for E-ZBorrow requests to become available.
