To check on the status of a request from The New School library collections (including pickup, offsite, holds, and scans):

  1.  Login to your library account by clicking on "Renew Items" on the library website, 
  2. Once you're logged in with your NetID and password, you'll see tabs across the top of the page.
  3. Click on "Loans" and "Requests" to view materials that you have checked out, or are being processed for you.

For InterLibrary Loan requests, please login to your ILL account at

Once E-ZBorrow items are available, they'll show up on your New School library account page. Recently-made requests that have not yet been fulfilled will not show up in your account. For information on these recent requests, please contact us via Ask Us

Please note: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please allow 1-2 weeks for InterLibrary Loan and 4-5 days for E-ZBorrow requests to become available.
