LibCabinets are book lending machines. They serve as curated, capsule New School Libraries branches that:

  • allow patrons to seamlessly and conveniently encounter and check out items from our collections;
  • fulfill patrons’ expressed desire to engage with physical materials;
  • raise the profile of underrepresented voices;
  • promote equity and belonging.

We currently have two cabinets at the following locations:

  • LibCabinet 1 - 39 W 13th Street on the 2nd floor (Student Hub)
  • LibCabinet 2 - the lobby of 66 W 12th Street

For more details, view the LibCabinets guide. 'Search & Discover' more via the library catalog!
