We ask students to cancel their own appointments through WCONLINE, at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Once you cancel, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. If you run into difficulty or your session is within the 2-hours window, please email learningcenter@newschool.edu.
Please note: if you are 20+ minutes late or cancel your session less than 2 hours in advance, that is considered a no-show. This is because it does not allow enough time for another student to book the session. For information about ULC policies, please go to our website or email us.
