As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen library services across campus and make the best use of our shared spaces, performing arts library resources will soon be transitioning from Arnhold Hall to new locations beginning in January 2026.

The Performing Arts Library, currently located on the second and ninth floors of Arnhold Hall, will be integrated into The New School’s broader library system rather than operating as a separate branch. All performing arts materials, expertise, and research support will remain available to our community alongside the full range of services The New School Libraries provide.
