Make sure that you use your NetID (the part of your email address before @newschool.edu) and your password and click on "Login" only once.
If that doesn't work, try resetting your password:
- Go to http://account.newschool.edu.
- Go to the "Reset your Password" section of the page and enter your NetID.
- Reset your password.
- Wait 5 minutes for the change to propagate.
- Login with your new password.
