Make sure that you use your NetID (the part of your email address before @newschool.edu) and your password and click on "Login" only once.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your password:

  1. Go to http://account.newschool.edu.
  2. Go to the "Reset your Password" section of the page and enter your NetID.
  3. Reset your password. 
  4. Wait 5 minutes for the change to propagate.
  5. Login with your new password.
